From Wednesday, December 24, 2008 to Saturday, January 3, 2009 all interested parties may participate provided they are members of the Guitar Hero Community Tour Group the Wii Rockers.
There are four submission categories. Each are for different size banners and must be in either GIF or JPG format. The colors and styles used are up to the contestants, but keep in mind the Wii Rockers name needs to be on each submission. With that said, the submissions must be family-friendly.
Category 1: 468x60 - Less than 50k in disk size
Category 2: 200x50 - Less than 40k in disk size
Category 3: 120x60 - Less than 25k in disk size
Category 4: 88x31 - Less than 15k in disk size
* k represents kilobytes. For example, 50k is 1/20 of a megabyte.
The contestants will submit the banners to this forum topic and a voting booth will be opened on the Wii Rockers web site after the submission deadline has passed. The winning banners will become the official Wii Rockers banners for each size and be a featured news item on the Wii Rockers web site as well as being freely distributed to the entire world.
Voting will be conducted via the URL below and open on Sunday, January 4, 2009 and end on Saturday, January 10, 2009. The login is "???" and the password is "???". Each Internet protocal address is recorded, so each member of the public may get a single vote.

By participating in this contest, winning participants must give up all their rights to their creations to the Wii Rockers' leadership. If there are any questions, post them here.
