Imaginary Realities,
September 1998!

While you may be able to access every article in IR history via the Article Index, we do not guarentee links or emails on those pages will work. Also, the only index page is this one, so if you wish to access the other articles, you must use the Article Index to view them all.

Obviously there have been some slight changes made. These are cosmetic to simply clean up the look of the site. Pinkfish did an excellent job with the site, but one can tell that he was often pressed for time when he updated the site.

Pinkfish has taken up other endevours, so I take it upon myself to introduce this archive to the public. I do not have his permission to post this archive and Pinkfish did not want the archive when I offered it to him in 2002.

I archived this site back in early 2002 when Imaginary Realities started to show signs of deterioration and a lack of stability. It would be a waste not to present this bit of history with our MUD community.

In the end, I am breaking Pinkfish's "Copyright Notice", but the greater good lives on! I would hope no one else would break it.

- Ntanel StormBlade, CEO of Mudworld (11/19/2003)

Welcome to the inaugural edition of Imaginary Realities (the mind's alternative to life), it is an introductory edition. It does not have all the columns filled out yet, I would like to have a column each issue on some element of each type of mud. If you wish to submit an article to Imaginary Realities please see the home page for details.

This issue contains some exciting and fun articles about many different types of mudding. I hope you enjoy the magazine and I would like to see it continue for many issues in the future.

I would like to thank Juliann for her help and for creating a couple of the pages in this newsletter, Jonathan Monteleone for submitting the only column in this newsletter, George Reese for starting the idea rolling and myself (David Bennett) for doing something about it, although several months (years now, cough cough) late.

I hope you enjoyed reading this newsletter, please submit some articles for upcoming newsletters. May all your fish come true.

The MUD Connector is the one stop shop for all your mudding needs. The site features an extensive mudlist with hundreds of listings, several search interfaces for finding specific muds, discussion forums, players' directory and much more!
